DOGIE TV SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Dogie TV Inc., located at 19950 E Walnut Dr N, Walnut, CA 91789 ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be at least 19 years old, and residents of Mississippi must be at least 21 years old to enter. Employees, officers, and directors of Dogie TV Inc., its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on February 3, 2025, at 12:00 AM (PST) and ends on June 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM (PST) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must complete the Sweepstakes entry form by submitting their name and email address at https://dogietv.com/sweepstakes. One entry per person is allowed. Any attempt to submit multiple entries may result in disqualification.
5. PRIZES
A total of 71 winners will be selected as follows:
- 1 Grand Prize Winner: $500 Amazon Gift Card
- 20 Winners: $20 Amazon Gift Cards
- 50 Winners: $75 OFF Dogsplay Pet Media Box
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about June 5, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email provided during entry within 5 business days of the drawing. If a winner fails to respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.
7. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Dogie TV Inc. These emails may include promotional offers, updates, and product information. Participants may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email communication.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules.
- Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes.
- Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud or other factors compromise its integrity.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Dogie TV Inc., its affiliates, and employees from any liability related to participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.
12. DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
13. WINNERS LIST
To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Dogie TV Inc., 19950 E Walnut Dr N, Walnut, CA 91789 within 30 days after the Sweepstakes end date.
