30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from any of Dogsplay’s online stores for any reason, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

Applicable stores:

  • Dogsplay (dogietv.com)
  • Amazon.com
  • Walmart.com

For orders placed on Amazon or Walmart, please contact their Customer Support or the site where you purchased the Dogsplay Pet Media Box for assistance with returns.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our support team within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting info@dogietv.com.
  2. The returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
  3. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be returned.
  4. The product should be returned in its original packaging, including the cardboard box and paper sleeve.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
  • Your purchase price will be refunded through the original payment method.
  • You are responsible for prepaying all shipping charges, and you assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Dogie TV’s Return Center.
  • Dogie TV, Inc. will not be responsible for any lost packages to the return center.
  • If you return the product to Dogie TV’s return center without obtaining a return label from us, or are unable to provide a return label tracking number or proof of return (if you processed the return yourself), making the return untrackable, or if the product is returned without all accessories, Dogie TV reserves the right to either refuse delivery or charge a restocking fee of 10% of the original product price.

1 Year Limited Warranty

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

Note: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the below limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and country to country.

This 1 Year Limited Warranty only covers Dogie TV, Inc. products, specifically Dogsplay and its accessories.

Purchasing from one of the following authorized stores or platforms provides you with dedicated customer support and a 1-year limited warranty for your product:

  • Dogsplay (dogietv.com)
  • Amazon.com
  • Walmart.com

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are NOT subject to warranty services. Proof of purchase (or trackable order ID) is required for warranty service.

Dogie TV, Inc. warrants that your Dogsplay Pet Media Box will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper use for one year from the original date of purchase or, if sold online, the date of delivery. Dogie TV, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the product without charge upon its receipt of proof of the date of purchase or delivery.

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Dogie TV, Inc. will, at its option:

  1. Repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
  2. Replace the product with a refurbished or new product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

Note: Brand new replacements cover products purchased within 30 days of the warranty claim. If it's outside the 30-day window, your Dogsplay will be replaced with a refurbished unit.

If a replacement Dogsplay is sent, it will carry a non-transferable warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Dogie TV, Inc. will cover the return shipping cost for authorized returns, but the purchaser may be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our return center, depending on the origin address. Dogie TV, Inc. will provide the nearest return center address within your region.

The country of origin of the Dogsplay to be returned must match the delivery address of the original order. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.


Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for Dogie TV, Inc. that can be identified by the "Dogsplay" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to non-Dogsplay hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with Dogsplay hardware.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, or external causes.
  • Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose.
  • Damage caused by third-party services or repairs not authorized by Dogie TV, Inc..
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or broken plastic parts.

Obtaining Warranty Service

Please do not return your Dogsplay product without first contacting Dogsplay Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, freight prepaid, in its original packaging or a packaging that provides an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Dogie TV, Inc.. It is your responsibility to back up any data, software, or other materials stored on the product, as Dogie TV, Inc. is not responsible for any data loss.
